Rally cars is a type of car that is has been built to math the requirements posed by the FIA. This is an association that sets rules for the WRC or World Rally Championship.

Before it can be considered as a "rally car", it first has to follow the specifications presented. It should have a production run of a minimum of 2500 units. There should be no greater than 2.0 liters of engine. It should be a four-wheel drive with sequential gearbox and aerodynamic mechanisms and parts. There are also a lot of things to consider but if you want your car converted into something just like this, you might want to do the following.

Step 1: If you do not have a car yet, you can choose those types of cars that are famous for their smooth sharp curve rounding ups like Honda Civic and Ford Focus. You can also use your car and lower its suspension system so it defies gravity and will enable it to turn those sharp corners with ease.

Step 2: Get your car new set of high performance tires. In a rally, the road conditions are diverse and a difficult challenge is cut out for you. Be ready by choosing tires that can withstand wears. If you are in it to win, you need to choose those with the best quality and those that are sticky and enable you to traverse fluidly.

Step 3: You need the best safety gears as possible. Because the driving conditions are much more difficult than just drag racing, skidding off the track and colliding with another car or other roadblocks is something to be expected. Make sure that you protect your car and yourself by installing a roll cage. This will put you at ease in speeding and careening those curves.

Step 4: Elevate your car's performance up a notch. You can install the best computer controlled fuel systems or air intakes and performance exhausts to increase your chances of winning. With a much improve engine, winning is not by a long shot.

You need to test drive your car first to familiarize yourself on its new functions. You can have the best and the fastest car in the world but winning also depends on the driver. Check the parts once in a while especially after driving to find out if there are some parts that need replacements. Check the bolts and nuts and find out if they are all secured tightly.
